		<content type="html">The district attorney has filed a Writ of Mandamus to the Court of Criminal Appeals in the above case. The Writ was submitted in May, 2007. Might need help from those interested in the outcome of this issue IF we have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court. Thank You!</content>
